♥ 52 Weeks of Happy ♥ 3/52

Hello Lovelies,
here goes with my third week of simple happy things, no food picture  this time , but then I did do a whole post about soup at the weekend :0)
This week has been mightily cold ( -4 Celsius in the daytime some days and snow on the ground) , so it's hardly surprising two of the things that made me happy are warm clothes.

1. top happy thing this week has to be finding half price luxury yarn in my LYS. These lovely warm colours appealed most and will be added to "stashmerino", it's growing slowly.

2. My old faithful  "comfort blanket" polo neck jumper. It's so cozy in the cold weather.

3. New slippers, couldn't resist these bright red ones with gingham hearts and a fluffy lining when my old ones wore out.

4. The first tiny "tete-a-tete" flowering in our bathroom....just love these sunny flowers to cheer a cold winter day.

Wishing you all many happy moments this weekend
Jacquie x
p.s. I'm working on the tutorial....can't wait to show you lovelies how to make my multicoloured owls :0)

  4. hiya- is that a round stool with a crochet top underneath your lovely wools?
If so, please (if you have time) could you quickly tell me how to do it?
I hope that isn't too much of an imposition
