Hello Lovelies,
on Wednesday we woke to sunshine again....such a treat in February..........
I took this photo of our muddy walking boots from Tuesday's walk as it made me smile. They are not the most glamorous footwear, but they speak to me of family times and my love of walking.........
I tend to wait for the mud to dry then brush it off with a stiff brush.....maybe that's not the recommended method, but it works for me.
In the afternoon I went to check up on the lone Lamb we spotted on Sunday. He was still the only baby...........
But he looked well, grazing quietly with his Mum........
I stood and watched him for a little while and when he wandered off his mum called him back with a baaa......and he responded with with that sweet high pitched baa in return........
Yesterday afternoon it really felt like spring. When I popped out in the car it said 12 degrees Celsius.
And I had to stop to capture the beauty of these golden crocuses in the churchyard........
Such a cheery sight......
Just give me a little sunshine and something pretty to photograph and I'm a happy girl.

Oh wow, those Crocuses, such a lovely shot! Gives me hope, we're nearly there, and the lamb so sweet. As for the boots I seem to be chief boot cleaner, do you find that?! lovely post. X
ReplyDeleteSome sunshine is lovely. It's really bright and sunny here today.
ReplyDeleteAmazing to see these photos as we are still buried under snow over here. :)
ReplyDeleteAw, what a cute little lamb! I love sheep, and can't wait to see some cuties grazing 'round here! And crocuses blooming already? Lucky girl you are! ; )
ReplyDeleteJacquie, as our icy winter drags on, I so appreciate your sharing your sunshine and golden crocus blooms with us! xo
ReplyDeleteSuch lovely sunny moments! How happy is that! xx
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet little lamb. I could probably stand there and watch him all day. It's warm and sunny here too. Enjoy your day!

Cute little lamb, a little sunshine makes all the difference. I'm with you, dried mud is far easier to remove x
ReplyDeleteGlad the lamb is doing ok. Seeing your muddy shoes reminds me that I have to clean up mine which got very muddy on our walk yesterday. I love to see all the Spring flowers and those crocuses are stunning. After a gorgeous day yesterday we have a rainy grey day today, hope it is better where you are. xx
ReplyDeleteA www the little lamb looks quite happy being the only one for now and I'm sure he will soon be joined by lots of friends. The crocus are lovely such a welcome sight and a reminder that Spring is on its way

A beautiful post. Spring lambs, sunshine, crocus. I love it. :-)
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Betsy
I love your post so much going on in Bunny mummy's holidays. We have lots of white and black baa lambs down here in Somerset and they are growing super fast. The weather here yesterday was gorgeous and today it's................................................ pants lol

Thank you for wonderful pictures, bye, ann
ReplyDeleteWhat cheery images you shared! I also topped my blog post yesterday with a Daffodil in full bloom! My Star Magnolia is budding out, too! Yay! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
ReplyDeleteAh, I am so envious of all the green you have. I live in the American Midwest and it's white and grey here. And under all those layers of ice and snow the grass always dies off and is an ugly khaki brown. I miss Europe so much (I am German).
ReplyDeleteA spot of sunshine makes all the difference. X
ReplyDeleteThose photos are lovely, thank you. The flowers are beautiful in teh sunshine & that lovely little lamb bless it.
ReplyDeleteSigns of spring, new birth, emerging flowers and the golden sun. Yay! Even though the weathermen are forecasting snow this weekend and the ice is thick, I am ever hopeful. (Love the boots, like ducks in a row.) ; )
ReplyDeleteWonderful photo's it was feeling very sprting like too here until today when winter is back with a bump.

Spring is just around the corner, beautful photo's xxx
ReplyDeleteIt has been great here too Jaqui, we had a great day at the cabin on Wednesday and out walking on Tuesday, which is good because I have had visitors all week, wouldn't want to be stuck inside. Thank you for your wowser comment on my crochet skirt, it was rather fun to make. Jo x

The photo of the crocuses and the church is perfection, absolutely beautiful. I love your row of walking boots. We have a few of them round here as well. CJ xx
ReplyDeleteThe churchyard shot is so pretty, you caught that perfectly. Enjoy the rest of half term xx
ReplyDeleteLike CJ, I think the crocus and church photos are wonderful - especially so as I am sitting in my office and it's windy and pouring with rain! Wishing you a great weekend. x
ReplyDeleteThe lambs are adorable! I wish there were some around here! When we were still living near the coast, I loved walking the the water walls as there were tons of little lambs...
ReplyDeleteTake care
