Hello Lovelies,
here is my mosaic of flowers currently looking pretty in our garden......
top to bottom left to right they are
1. Allium 2.Geranium 3. Ox eye Daisy
4. Lilly 5. Oriental Poppy 6. Aquilegia
7. Geum 8. Perennial Cornflower 9. Chive
And here is how my border is looking at the moment.......
Here are APRIL and MAY for comparison.
I'm writing this post today to try and distract myself from worrying about my Mum, who has had a big operation this week. I'm hoping and praying that she makes a speedy recovery.

Hope your mum recovers swiftly... Yes connecting with nature and blogging seem good distracts to me... My poor garden has taken a bit of a battering with the rain and wind over the past few days! Cx

ReplyDeleteNow that is what I call a garden and a lovely bench to sit down on with a cuppa tea and just listen to the bees humming and birds twittering away and admire all those different colours...pure heaven!!!

ReplyDeleteHow lovely for you to have her sketch book. She sure is a talented lady and how pleased you must be to have inherited those genes! My dad can draw and paint, but none of us got the skill, it seems to have skipped a generation and my youngest son is the artist of the bunch.
