♥ Summertime Moments ♥ Evening Landscape

Hello Lovelies,
my favourite times in hot weather are early morning and the evening.
These are a few snaps from one evening last week when I set out to pop to the shops on my bike, but couldn't resist a little detour first............








I loved the golden light and warm stillness, just a little birdsong and the distant rumble of the combine harvester broke the silence.

Thank you for all you comments and understanding about my technology time dilemmas. This feels like a great compromise right now.

    What lovely summertime pictures it reminds me of the year our eldest was born and watching the combines at work while feeding her. (She was 29 yesterday) and evening walks pushing her in the pram. Balmy summer evenings are a favourite of mine too.

    When the weather is hot it's really just the mornings and evenings that are bearable! I see you'er still using the crocheted bicycle seat cover - it looks great.

    Oh Jacquie so evocative of summer but I am a teeny bit jealous because I could walk to scenes like that in Shropshire I would cough up a lung to cycle anywhere living on a hill on top of the Ironbridge Gorge. Everywhere and I mean everywhere is a 1 mile hill to return to our town! Jo x
